I’be been reading a lot lately about the whole Creationist debates. There’s a very interesting character out there called Kent Hovind, a real moron if you ask me. I couldn’t believe my ears when I heard so much obtuseness. Just make a YouTube search of him and you’ll know what I mean.

There’s an interesting video I found though, which analyzes step by step one of Hovinds many brainless videos: Age of the Earth. Here I’ll post only the critical analysis. It’s about 25 minutes long, but definitely worth watching.

Hovind clearly misses the point: Evolution has nothing to do with stars or the formation of the Earth. Evolution describes the transformation of species through generations and applies only to living things. Indeed, creationists also try to explain the Universe - with the Bible - and call its cult a “science"…
